From Makati:

The condominium complex is located along the busy Ortigas Avenue, which means you are quite near everything that you might want or need.

Are you looking for good shopping places? If you are, you do not even have to leave Ortigas Avenue. Along the stretch of this busy highway, you will find prime shopping centers, such as Robinson’s Galleria, Ever Gotesco, and the famed Greenhills Shopping Center. All of these shopping destinations are all within three kilometers from the main gate of the condominium complex and it will not take you more than thirty minutes to reach all of them, and that is with the traffic already factored in.

If you need even more choices, you can trek through the Ortigas Center so you can gain easy access to several more shopping malls like St. Francis Square, SM Megamall, and the Shangri-la Plaza. Aside from shopping, there are also plenty of hospitals and medical centers nearby so you can rest assured that in case of an emergency, you are no more than fifteen minutes away from medical assistance.

For instance, the prestigious Medical City is just a little over 3 kilometers away from the main gate of the community, and it will not take you more than fifteen minutes to get there by cab. Schools are also not a problem when you live in Filinvest One Oasis. Regardless if your kids are elementary or college-aged, you will easily find a place where they can enroll. If your kids are still attending elementary or high school, the Reedley International School is just a little over a kilometer and a half away. There is also Xavier School in nearby San Juan City. If you are looking for a good college on the other hand, there is the Dela Salle University San Juan Campus. You can also access plenty of other good schools and learning centers within the immediate area. You have an assurance that there is no need for you to travel far to find them.

If you do not have your own car, there is no need to worry because the public transportation in the area is available 24 hours a day. Right outside the main gate of the condominium, you will already see jeepneys and buses plying different routes. In addition, you just need one jeepney or bus ride to reach the Ortigas Station of the MRT. From there, you can take a train that will take you as far south as Pasay City, and north along EDSA into the heart of Quezon City. Although the MRT only has trips until the late evening, there are still plenty of buses and taxicabs that can take you home at all times of the day.
